Terms and Conditions of Pet Society Island

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pet Society Island, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to play Pet Society Island. If you are under 18, you need parental or legal guardian consent.

3. User Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using cheats, hacks, or unauthorized third-party software.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or glitches in the game.
• Duplicating items or coins.
• Using unofficial mods or alterations of the game client.
• Scamming or deceiving other players.
• Participating in or collaborating with practices that harm game integrity.
• Accessing other accounts without authorization.

4. Complicity and Consequences

If it is detected and proven through verifiable evidence that a player has been complicit or directly involved in the use of glitches, item duplication, hacking, mods, or user scams, the account may be suspended or permanently closed, without any right to a refund.

In certain cases, and at the sole discretion of the Pet Society Island team, a resolution may be offered to the player to retain their account, provided they agree to the terms defined by the team.

5. Suspicious Activity and Response Time

If suspicious activity is detected in an account, the player will be notified via their registered email address. The player will have 72 hours to respond.

If no response is received, the account will be permanently closed, with no possibility of recovery and no right to refunds.

If an account is blocked without notification, it is because the team already has sufficient evidence and there will be no possibility of negotiation for recovery.

6. Suspension and Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.

7. Virtual Items

Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and are non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify or remove them at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All content belongs to Cats & Bites Studio or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Cats & Bites Studio will only be responsible for issues directly caused by errors within the game itself. We are not liable for user device malfunctions, misuse of the game, unauthorized software use, or connection problems.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the game will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico.
